Refunds
Statutory rights stay. A lifetime licence includes later core updates. Monthly plans cancel at the period's end.
Your statutory rights
If you buy as a consumer in the UK, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 still applies. Digital content must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. Nothing on this page takes those rights away.
Monthly subscriptions
Cancel at any time. You keep the paid build until the end of the period you already paid. After that you are on the free watermarked tier. We do not refund unused days of a month unless the law or a fault in the service says we must.
Lifetime of the core product
You are buying a digital licence. If you have not registered a device and you ask promptly, we will refund. If devices are already registered we will look at the facts — a broken product is our problem; a change of mind after a month of use is usually not.
A lifetime licence includes later core majors. Wanting a separately sold hosted service (for example generative AI usage) for free is not a defect and not a refund ground.
Enterprise and Education
Organisation purchases follow the invoice or purchase order. Unused seats in a hundred-pack are still seats you bought at the pack rate; we do not automatically unpick a pack because a term ended. Teaching licences that were never assigned can be discussed. Write on the letterhead the invoice used.
How to ask
When billing opens, refunds will go through the account page or the address on your invoice. Until that desk exists, do not send money you cannot afford to see held.
